All classes and workshops offered by Bombshell Betty Dance are intended for entertainment purposes only. Please check with your doctor before beginning any exercise or health regimen. There is some risk involved in any physical activity. Bombshell Betty Dance, the instructor, facility, and their associates accept no responsibility for personal injury that my take place during the event or while arriving at or leaving the facilities. Please use caution and common sense, know your limitations, and respect the limitations of others.

Registrations may be cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to the first day of the session or workshop OR until registration is closed, whichever happens first, to receive a gift certificate for the full registration amount. After this point, please be sure you will be able to attend all the classes in the session or workshop you register for, as there will be no refund or prorate for unattended classes. However, if for some reason a cancellation must be made by Bombshell Betty Dance, you will be issued either a credit toward registration in future classes OR a refund for the cancelled class/session.

All registrations and gift certificates are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

For orders of all tangible items: All sales final. Exchanges accepted for identical item in case of defect. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping unless shipping date is otherwise noted.

Bombshell Betty Dance reserves the right to refuse admittance to or to eject from events any persons behaving in a disruptive manner, as determined by the instructor.
